Taco Fresco

Full interior build-out of a Taco Fresco restaurant within an existing second-generation space that had not been renovated since its originally opened in 2016.  The project required a complete demolition down to the studs, followed by rebuilding and reconfiguring the layout to support a new restaurant concept.

Working closely with our client, we developed the dining area and overall design direction, establishing a new layout and color palette that reflects the Taco Fresco brand.

One of the primary challenges was the limited footprint.  The space had to accommodate a full cooking line, prep area, and washing station, while still providing a functional customer area.  The final design maximized every square foot, creating an efficient operation with a modest standing dining area and limited seating.
